To participate in the fie.nipa Market, you need a fie.nipa account. There are two types of accounts to choose from: A personal account (if you simply want to buy from the market) A business account (if you also want to sell in the market). Once you have the account, continue as follows:

1. Customise Your Account You can customise your account at any time, for example to change the currency in which goods and services are denominated, by clicking “Administer”. 2. Browsing the Market You can browse the entire fie.nipa market or visit a seller's particular stall by clicking “Browse Market” on fienipa.com. You can also search for a particular product through the search toolbar on the top of the page. 3.
How can I find what I want to buy? How can I find what I want to buy?
You can do this in a many ways: Use the search box at the top of the page. Click the "Browse Market" link. Check the "Recent Stall Additions" information block, typically on the right hand side of the fie.nipa website.
How can I find items sold by a particular seller? How can I find items sold by a particular seller?
Locate the seller's stall by simply clicking the "Browse Market" tab, and then look through the list of stalls to find the seller you are interested in. The sellers are grouped by product/service-type. Click the stall owner's website name or the stall owner's name as listed on fie.nipa. Note that if you click on the stall owner's website name, you will navigate to the stall owner's external website. On the other hand, if you click on the stall owner's name, you will remain inside the fie.nipa Market.
How do I add funds to my account? How do I add funds to my account?
To add funds to your account, please sign in to your fie.nipa account. Upon signing in, you will be taken to your account overview page. Click on 'New deposit', then select the amount of money you would like to add to your account, and how you would like to transfer that money to fie.nipa. Once your deposit has been processed and verified, you will be notified via email, and you'll be ready to shop!
How do I manage the funds in my account? How do I manage the funds in my account?
Log in to the fie.nipa Market, and you will find, on the top right hand side of the webpage, an information block to help you manage your funds. The information block includes the following: Balance: your current balance of funds (showing pending deposits, pending withdrawals, completed deposits, completed withdrawals, total sales (if you are a seller), total withdrawals, and total purchases) Recent activity: your most recent activity (for the last billing cycle) Statements: statements of all your past activity (organised by billing cycle)

If this happens, your account has insufficient funds to purchase the desired item. You will need to add funds to your account before you can proceed. Alternatively, if you wish to purchase the product immediately, sign out of fie.nipa, and attempt to purchase the product again. You will be able to purchase immediately using all payment methods accepted by PayPal.

Purchasers may use any of the following payment methods: Cash Cheque Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Visa Electron, Maestro, Direct Debit, Solo, Giro Pay and bank transfer through PayPal.

Delivery is arranged by each individual seller. In general, you will pay a fixed delivery charge for in-country deliveries. Note that you do not have to be inside the country to place an order on fie.nipa (i.e., you can be based in London, for example, and order a product to be delivered within Ghana).

Yes, but at a fee determined by the stall owner. If payment has been initiated/completed, fie.nipa reserves the right to charge a fee equivalent to 10% of the transaction value.
